TRIBALISM in AFRICA: A CONTINENT IN PERPETUAL POVERTY and TURMOIL.

Historically, there have always been repressed and persecuted populations in Africa. The European Slave Trade had it origins and support in the repressive policies of African leaders:

This repression and persecution continues in Africa: ....in Rwanda, in Dafur, in Zimbabwe....

The perpetual poverty and turmoil in Africa is the result of historical tribal/ethnic conflict, repression and persecution. African Societies, like Theocracies in the Middle East and elsewhere, have little or no understanding of Democracy, and the cooperative efforts of population groups required for its establishment and success. In establishing a Democracy in an African country, as in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, it is: "one man, one vote, one time". Zimbabwe, under its current leadership, a caricature of a British Monarcy, is one of the most repressive Countries in Africa, far worse than under "White Domination".

Giving African Countries more money and forgiving current indebtedness will NOT solve this cycle of conflict, repression , and poverty. The United Nations, under the leadershop and influence of the United States, must take a far more active role, including military intervention, in changing the status quo in Africa.
